Tara Schwenk

As Head of Content Marketing and Search, Tara is responsible for creating marketing strategies that convert and engage, both online and offline.

Tara (she/her) has over 10 years’ experience in the marketing and communications sector, and is experienced in delivering creative multi-channel campaigns backed by analytics and data. Tara has previously worked with a wide range of clients in the travel sector, including UK rail networks and sustainability focused travel operators.

Tara works across a range of clients at Lemongrass, leading on creative digital PR campaigns, backlink audits, and audience insights projects.

Outside of the office, Tara is usually three spreadsheets deep into meticulously planning her next trip abroad, or spending time with her husband and daughter in the Oxfordshire countryside.

What is a Carbon Commitment?

At Lemongrass, we advocate for carbon pledges, personal commitments to reduce emissions within our organisation. We believe in collective efforts to combat climate change and aim to achieve net zero by 2038. Each team member has pledged specific actions to reduce carbon emissions, reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainability and bringing us closer to our net zero goal.   • Annual website stock takes to minimise digital waste, reduce energy consumption, and lower carbon footprint.
  • Prioritisation of targeted email communication to reduce unnecessary data transmission and storage, fostering engagement and diminishing carbon emissions.
  • Emphasis on sustainable travel practices internally and externally, advocating for responsible resource consumption and lower-carbon travel options.
  • Promotion of these sustainability efforts on Lemongrass Social Media accounts, to inform current and future clients, and inspire others to take actions within the travel industry,
