Jess (she/her) has a diverse background supporting a range of tourism board, operator and hotel clients with both traditional and digital PR activity.
Before joining Lemongrass, Jess worked at LOTUS Communications, where she led strategic campaigns and events for clients including the Spanish Tourist Office, Paradores Hotels, The Latin American Travel Association and Exodus Adventure Travels. During her time at LOTUS, she specialised in communications that focused on sustainability, accessibility, and destination storytelling, delivering impactful, purpose-led media coverage.
Jess brings extensive experience in media relations, content creation, event planning, and crisis communications, having worked on high-profile initiatives such as the Spain for All accessibility campaign, where she helped coordinate a report with 17 industry experts and secured coverage opportunities for ambassador Ade Adepitan. She also played a key role in organising events like Spain Sustainability Day and the Sustainable Media Awards and has represented tourism boards at major industry events such as WTM.
She has also successfully planned and hosted press visits to over ten European destinations, promoting sustainable travel experiences such as Rewilding in the Italian Apennines and Citizen Science experiences in the Oulanka National Park in Finland, delivering impactful media coverage in publications such as The Telegraph, Wanderlust, BBC Wildlife, The Geographical and TTG Media.
In her current role at Lemongrass, Jess oversees client strategy and media outreach across a range of travel clients, with a particular focus on sustainability-led storytelling for clients including Lausanne, Byway and Martinhal.
Fluent in Spanish, Jess is a confident communicator who thrives in bilingual environments and is passionate about promoting responsible travel. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering hidden corners of Spain, hiking in the UK countryside, and planning her next adventure further afield.
