Here at Lemongrass, we’re excited to be the very first travel PR agency in the U.K. to introduce the 4 day week!
Based on the 100:80:100 model – 100% of pay for 80% of the time, in exchange for a commitment to maintain 100% productivity – our wonderful team will get paid for 5 days, but work 4.
