Located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi, the all-inclusive, adults-only wellness hotel, Sensoria Dolomites, combines panoramic mountain views, modern interiors and South Tyrolean warmth to create a place of wellbeing for the senses and soul.

In the summer of 2022, the hotel opened with 45 minimalist, elegant rooms and two suites, with a private spa area and a spacious terrace deck with a view of the Sciliar. Explore South Tyrolean culinary delights and a selection of 70 locally sourced wines or choose a private dining experience under the Sciliar.

Enjoy the secluded spa designed with natural materials complete with a modern bathhouse made of mountain spruce, aroma infusions in the adventure forest sauna and a tailored treatment programme to enrich all the senses. In the relaxation room, guests can enjoy a view of the forest to find peace of mind. With a raft of experiences on offer all year round, from hiking, horse-riding to winter sports, Sensoria Dolomites is the ultimate destination for wellbeing.

Sustainability

  • Sensoria implements sustainable solutions wherever possible such as central heat recovery systems, solar systems, LED lighting, heat recovery refrigeration and rainwater tanks
  • Meadows and green roofs that are insect-friendly and promote biodiversity were also installed
  • The construction uses regional and natural building materials (untreated spruce wood from South Tyrolean forests)
  • In the kitchen, Sensoria operates a minimal-waste principle where overproduction and food waste are prevented. Guests are able to choose their evening meal to support this, with any leftover fresh food found on the buffet the next day. A nose to tail principle is also followed when designing meals.
