All buildings that house the hotels have had prior lives and the idea of adding new bricks to Mallorca seems totally absurd to Miguel Conde, owner of It Mallorca. Calatrava, Sant Jaume, Can Cera and Can Alomar are nestled in Palma’s historical city centre and surrounded by Renaissance-era palaces and plazas.
Can Aulí on the other hand is in Pollença’s photogenic Old Town and at the foot of the UNESCO listed Tramuntana mountain range.
A passion for art and design is reflected in all properties. Much of the art that adorns the communal spaces and bedrooms has been created by local artists.
The hotels are aimed at people who value tranquillity and appreciate the restored original architectural features of each property and all restaurants offer cuisine focused on high-quality local produce.
