Lemongrass Marketing is a PR & Content agency for travel brands in the world’s most beautiful destinations.
We are looking for a PR Manager who is keen on learning, a team player and someone who takes pride in always delivering the best results for their clients.
You may have a traditional PR background and want to learn more about digital PR, or you may be a journalist who wants to move over into consultancy or you may have come through the SEO/Content route and are keen to expand your knowledge in PR.

What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day media relations
- Write compelling pitches, press releases and other forms of content
- Create engaging media campaigns and guide our clients’ messaging to resonate with these audiences
- Build and maintain long-term media relationships with clients and media
- Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with all members of the team
- Deliver all work on time and to budget
- Engage with clients and agency partners on a regular basis to create innovative campaigns that help shine a positive light on the client and brand, in addition to reaching new audiences who are receptive to our clients’ products
- Engage in strategic media outreach, press material development, and event management, with a heavy focus on daily media outreach and pitch development
- Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
What You Have:
- You will have a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of two years of professional experience with an understanding of media relations and media monitoring tools. Ideally in a consumer PR agency.
- Strong writing and outreach skills are necessary.
- A passion for securing placements for the client and building relationships with media and influencers
- Curiosity about changing media landscape
- Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are a must, along with the ability meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and handle fast-paced environment

- Foreign languages
- Curiosity of mind and wanting to learn
- Interest in sustainability
- Knowledge of the current and future social media universe including established and emerging channels
- Understanding of SEO tools
- Understanding of Google Analytics
