Gravetye Manor

Gravetye Manor is an award-winning country house hotel with Michelin-starred restaurant and historic garden, nestled in the Sussex Countryside. The garden was originally created by William Robinson in 1885 and is now considered one of the most important historic gardens in England. Now head gardener, Tom Coward and his team lovingly care for every tree, shrub and flower.

Gravetye Manor pride themselves on serving up exceptional food in their Michelin Star restaurant and take gastronomic dining to a whole new level. The passion of our Executive Chef, George Blogg, is evident in every single dish he creates.
