The concept

Being appointed by our international travel clients to raise their media profiles in the UK and Ireland means we need to find the most effective way for key journalists, influencers and personalities to learn about their brands and keep them front of mind throughout the year.
With clients dispersed all over the world – a large number throughout Europe and as far afield as the Maldives and Mauritius – we needed to bring our Luxury hotels and destinations to life in London – showcasing them to the crème de la crème of the capital’s travel writing and influencer/blogger communities.

The challenge

Agency press days in London are ten-a-penny and travel journalists are notoriously busy. We needed to get key target media and influencers out of the office during a particularly busy season- so gathering the very best stories and 2020 news hooks from our clients was imperative, as well as sourcing the perfect venue.
We chose to host the day at London’s private members club Mortimer House in Fitzrovia, offering ‘first look access’ and exclusive news of key 2020 calendar events, including new openings, key trends, events and the best, most exclusive experiences on offer from our clients.
